This is a creative color enhancement action set from The Light's Right Studio: a Photoshop action set that make it easy to creative enhancements to the colors in your image. The effects in TLR Color Enhance use Layer Sets to keep your layers organized.

Lighten/Darken Color Ranges

The available actions for adjusting color ranges include Reds, Greens, Blues, Cyans, Magentas, and Yellows. Each of the actions for adjusting color ranges creates two layers. One layer adjusts the lightness/darkness of the specified color range. The second adds a saturation boost. Both layers have a default opacity of 25% to allow for plenty of opportunity to adjust the effect.

Enhancing Skin Tones

There are two actions for adjusting skin tones: Warm Skin Tones and Cool Skin Tones. Each action for adjusting skin tones creates two layers. One layer adjusts the color balance for skin tones. The second adds a saturation boost. The color balance layer has a default opacity of 50% and the saturation layer has a default opacity of 25% to allow opportunity to adjust the effect.

 

Adjusting Highlights and Shadows

There is a single action for adjusting highlights/shadows. Three layers are created. One is used to cool shadows. The second is used to warm highlights. The third is used to retain the overall luminosity. The layers for cooling shadows and warming highlights have a default opacity of 75%. The luminosity control layer has 100% opacity.
