TLR Color Overlay for Photoshop Elements

TLR Color Overlay for Photoshop Elements applies colored overlays to your images for interesting artistic effects. The actions use Fill Color adjustment layers to reduce RAM consumption and file size.

Available color overlay effects include:

Blue/Sepia
Cyan/Sepia
Emerald/Green
Green/Yellow
Magenta/Yellow
Orange/Yellow
Red/Yellow
Violet/Cyan
Yellow/Orange

With the TLR Color Overlay action set, you can easily adjust the effect by altering layer opacity, the color of the overlay/tint layers, etc. By default, the actions set layer opacity to 15%, which produces a moderate effect.

Below is a before and after example of the action set using a yellow/green overlay.

The color overlay effects are accomplished with Solid fill adjustment layers. That makes them easily adjustable.
