TLR Photographic Filters for Photoshop Elements is a collection of actions for simulating the effects of a large number of popular photographic filters.

The actions in TLR Photographic Effects for Photoshop Elements include a number of simulated filters from the Cokin Creative Filter System. These include the numbers assigned by Cokin as a convenient reference. Others that are unique to this collection are assigned TLR.

You can adjust the layer opacity or even the blend mode and color to adjust the effects to your liking. This gives you a great deal of control over the final effect. Much more than you would have with a set of Cokin filters.

So go wild! Some effects are somber! Some are flambouyant! Most important of all . . . Have fun!

Below is a before and after example of the action set using a Tobacco gradient.

The photographic filter effects are easily adjustable.
