TLR split Channels is a Photoshop action set for advanced Photoshop users who want the ultimate control during B&W conversion. Splitting off the channels from an image and copying them into an image as layers is like the Channel Mixer on steroids! You get all of the benefits of layers: opacity, blend modes, Blend If, etc.
The TLR Split Channels action set makes it easy to preview up to 10 different channels for an image. It makes a copy of your image and then splits off the channels from RGB, CMYK, and LAB conversions. The available channels include: CMYK Cyan, CMYK Magenta, CMYK Yellow, CMYK Black, LAB Lightness, RGB Red, RGB Green, RGB Blue, Grayscale, and Desaturate.
- CMYK Channels Builds CMYK layers.
- Desaturate Layer Builds a Desaturate layer.
- Gray Channel Builds Grayscale layer.
- Lightness Channel Builds L*a*b Lightness layer.
- RGB Channel Builds RGB layers.
- RGB + Lightness Builds RGB + Lightness layers
- RGB + Gray Builds RGB + Grayscale layers
- RGB + Desature Builds RGB + Desaturate layers
- All Channels Builds RGB, CMYK, Lightness, and Grayscale layers
