No sound for movie

The movie plays as it is supposed. But no sound. This happens with IE and Firefox. Is true for other movies on your site. (And also from your CD which I bought a couple months back.)

Movies from other websites DO play sound. Maybe because they are wmv or wav formats.

Am using Vista home basic.

Any suggestions to here the sound?

Re. No sound for movie

There is audio with this video. The video is QuickTime. The entire video codec is Sorenson Video 3 Pro and the audio codec is MPEG-4.

I test these in IE before I upload themm. They play fine in IE7 and IE8. I just checked Firefox (3.0.8) and Apple Safari. Plays just fine.

I suggest you try upgrading your QuickTime viewer. When I clean and compress the video with Sorenson Squeeze, it uses the most recent version of the QuickTime runtime tools.

Please let me know if you continue to have difficulty after updating QuickTime
