Dave Marx runs the Lightroom Lab site. It's one of my favorites because it has lots of helpful resources. Here's a recent tutorial on searching for photographs in Lightroom, using metadata. He shows viewers how to use keywords, colored indicators, and star ratings to efficiently organize their photo collections.
