I've received two beta test reports indicating everything is working fine with both Snow Leopard and Windows (32 and 64-bits for both, too). I'll wait for a few more responses before I let folks at Adobe know the work-around fixes the problem. Just to be more confident.
It looks like we have a solution, so I can finally get cracking at CS5 versions of the panels and start making some new panels, too.

Great new to hear that you're still around and working hard on solving the panel problem. Glad to know that you think you've got it licked. Really looking forward to ou new panels. I miss them.
How did your fall trip work out? Get lots of great images?
