How to Use Content-Aware Scaling

I've seen a number of video tutorials on content-aware scaling. Some really good. Some OK. But I like .PSD and .HTML tutorials, too. I like being able to store a .PDF or to print a tutorial and read it at my leisure.
Kajik has produced an HTML tutorial for PSDTUTS+ on content-aware scaling that's a very nice introduction.
