Bittbox is another favorite source for textures, brushes, and other artistic tools. They've added a set of textures made with the Photoshop Difference Clouds filter. You might be able to use these for some grungy photo effects.

This is a very nice tutorial on a great topic. How to create a texture brush. It's handy for giving photographs extra texture without the need to blend images.
