There are six actions in the TLR Film Grain Effects action set, organized into two groups: actions intended for RGB color photos and actions intended for Grayscale B&W photos (but which are also compatible with RGB, CMYK, and L*a*b images).

The TLR Image Resizer is an action set for adjusting the size of your digital images. The action set is based on a technique known to advanced Photoshop users. If you increase the size of an image in small increments, the artifacts are reduced, making it possible, in many cases, to enlarge digital images to poster size and still have a sharp image.

TLR Portrait Sharpener is the latest Photoshop tool from The Light's Right!

This is no simple sharpening action that creates a layer and applies USM sharpening.
