I've seen a number of video tutorials on content-aware scaling. Some really good. Some OK. But I like .PSD and .HTML tutorials, too. I like being able to store a .PDF or to print a tutorial and read it at my leisure.

Alain Briot has posted an essay on The Luminous Landscape with an unusual technique. He's been experimenting with the use of camera movement during landscape photography, and he's obtained some interesting results.
